Contemporary Family Home in Packington

Our proposals for Packington House seek to create a contemporary, sustainable family home that responds sensitively to its rural setting within the Packington Conservation Area.

Drawing inspiration from traditional agricultural buildings, the design adopts simple pitched roof forms and a considered palette of red brickwork, timber cladding and slate. Carefully positioned within the site, the proposals seek to complement the character of the surrounding village whilst embracing contemporary family living and establishing a strong connection with the landscape.
