State-of-the-art fitness suite and studio for Ratcliffe College, carefully incorporated with their existing accommodation.

The project includes the creation of a new two storey building which incorporates a purpose-built ground floor gym and first floor dance studio. The proposal consists of a ‘colonnade’ with recessed glazing at ground floor framed with red facing bricks in English bond in keeping with the detailing of the original main school building.
