Planning Consent Achieved for New Bespoke Family Home

Planning approval gained for bespoke single storey dwelling in Leicestershire.

The client’s brief included the creation of modern living accommodation catering for long term multi generation use. The requirements included an open plan kitchen/ diner and a flexible layout for both a young and evolving family.

The proposed dwelling is traditional in form, reading as two brick barns (pitched roofs) arranged in a L shape with feature gables. The proposed material palette includes red facing brickwork in Flemish Bond, slate roof, rise & fall gutter brackets, and traditional brick detailing alongside elements of contemporary design such as the feature timber cladding and aluminium windows.
