To generate national coverage outside of the food pages and reveal Lurpak as the choice of butter.
Mechanic
We worked in association with Professor Wedzicha, from Leeds University of Food Science and conducted a scientific study designed to reveal how to make the perfect piece of toast. The study took place over the course of three months, with scientists exploring the melting properties of butter. The results were designed to reveal Lurpak as the number one choice of butter for the perfect piece of toast.
