To develop and implement the communications programme for the regeneration of New Fryston, one of a number of schemes in the Castleford Project.

Mechanic
We supported community and media relations on behalf of English Partnerships, working with Groundwork Wakefield, the City of Wakefield MBC, CABE, the Coalfields Regeneration Trust and RDA Yorkshire Forward.

Results
Positive and sustained coverage in the national, regional and specialist media. Close and continued consultation with the local community in the development of plans for the new village green has generated a feeling of ownership of the site.
