To launch and support Blackpool Council's ambitious masterplan to transform the resort through casino-led regeneration.

We developed and implemented a comprehensive stakeholder and media communication strategy, including an intensive communications audit to identify and respond to key issues among local residents.

Results
Positive coverage in national and regional media. The masterplan has been accepted by residents in the main, and the media has adopted a positive tone and reported the masterplan as a professionally researched and deliverable vision.
